Policies and Resources

Shipping- We aim to begin shipping in late March/ early April. Shipping will be weather dependent and tubers will not be sent until risk of frost has passed for your location to prevent freezing during transit. Please be sure to select the proper shipping method at check out based on the amount of tubers you order. If you are local, there is a local pickup option at check out. We will announce the pickup date as planting time gets closer. If that date does not work for you, please email or send us a message through Facebook or Instagram and we will set up a time for your order to be filled.

Purchases- Once you receive your order, please look over your tubers and contact us within 72 hours with any questions or concerns. We have built this farm from the ground up and ask that you refrain from posting publicly about any concerns prior to contacting us. We do not send anything that we would not grow here at the farm and work hard to provide the best product that the previous season’s variables allow. Dahlia tubers can come in all shapes and sizes and often are not beautiful. You will not always receive a textbook looking tuber, some are shaped funny, some are small, some may have a few wrinkles. They live in the dirt and may arrive with dirt on them. Your tubers will be sent with a guaranteed eye and will grow into a beautiful dahlia above ground.

Sanitization- We are very conscious and sanitize between plants while harvesting blooms and dividing tubers. Each tuber is hand planted and hand divided by my mother and I to ensure quality. We are quick to cull any plants that appear suspicious.
